Hi 👋 I am Tiago.
I was born in sunny Lisbon and I've been living and working in London for the past 10 years. I've been playing around with computers since I was little and have been writing software professionally since 2010.
I got started in C# .NET land (3.5!) but I've long since specialised on the web, specially Javascript and it's ecosystem. I have since a few ago spend most of my time less of an IC and more time leading teams and people, hiring and planning - but my main focus is technical excellence and building high performance teams.
Over the past few years I've spent a great deal of time in all things web but I have a special interest in Scalability, Design System and Scalability challenges.
